We provide towels, robes, and everything else you’ll need - just arrive comfortable and relaxed. Yes. We offer a $79 introductory day pass, which includes time with a team member to review your goals and select up to three recovery services in one visit. If you choose to convert to a membership, your day pass spend can be applied toward your first month.

Memberships at Zivel are custom-tailored to each client. We offer memberships with 6, 12, or 20 sessions per month, and we’ll guide you to the best option during your introductory consultation based on your goals and availability.

Yes. We offer recovery service packs that can be used at any time and do not expire, as well as 5-, 10-, and 15-session packs for body contouring and cryofacial services.

Yes. All body contouring and cryofacial treatments are non-invasive. Detailed information for each service is available on our service pages, and our team is always happy to answer questions.

Yes. Memberships may be paused for up to three months per calendar year. Billing automatically resumes when your membership is reactivated.

No referral is required. Our services are non-invasive and appropriate for most clients. However, if you have any potential contraindications, we recommend consulting your physician. We maintain contraindication lists in-studio and are happy to email detailed information for any service.

Think of recovery and wellness much like going to the gym. A single session can feel great immediately, but true, lasting results come with consistency. Most clinical research suggests a 6–8 week window to see the majority of benefits, followed by ongoing maintenance sessions to sustain results.

Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations require a phone call to the studio to complete cancellation or rescheduling. Membership cancellation requires 30 days written notice via email to PalmCoast@Zivel.com.
